Terms & Conditions

1. All payments to be made in advance by the Renter.
2. The minimum billable storage period is one month.
3. Long term storage for caravans, on account must be paid for four weeks in advance.
4. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk and vehicles must be insured while in storage.
5. The facility is for storage only. Servicing or restoration of vehicles is not permitted on site.
6. Gas bottles or tanks on caravans must be switched off or removed whilst in storage.
7. No chemicals or gases other than in the vehicles normal fuel tank are to be stored with any vehicle.
8. The Renter must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods, firearms or weapons, bio-hazardous items, or drugs.
9. Management reserve the right to refuse storage of any items that they consider may be a safety or environmental hazard.
10. Davik Developments Pty Ltd or the facility Owner is not liable for the loss of any goods stored on its premises.
11. The Renter will remove all personal items and/or any rubbish etc at the end of the rental period.
12. Any damaged incurred to the storage facility by the renter during the rental term will be repaired by the renter by the end of the rental period. This does not include fair wear and tear.
